SURESHOT Terms & Conditions Includes SMS Login Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SURESHOT Planner web app (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

The Service is operated by UPSHOT (“SURESHOT”, “we”, “us”).

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use the Service.

3) Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access.
• Do not share your one-time login codes.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

4) SMS Login / One-Time Codes (important)

SURESHOT sends SMS messages for authentication only (one-time login verification codes). We do not send marketing texts as part of this program.

• Opt-in: You request a login code inside the SURESHOT login screen.
• Message frequency: varies based on logins (typically 0–3 messages per login attempt).
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out.
• Help: Reply HELP for help.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

If you opt out of SMS, you may lose the ability to receive login codes and may not be able to access the Service unless another login option is offered.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including spamming login requests).
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except where permitted by law.

6) Your content and data

You are responsible for the content and data you submit to the Service (metrics, notes, tasks, reflections, etc.). You agree you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

7) Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or factors outside our control.

8) Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (example: SMS delivery, hosting, and cloud services). Their services may have their own terms and policies.

9) Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SURESHOT and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date.

13) Governing law
